Now, i have seen many users do reply them and then start communications. After winning your trust, they will ask you to send some money so that they could start transfer (between 5,000 PKR – 25,000 PKR). To win your trust, they will ask you about so many things, they will even talk to you as well. But fact is that they are doing all this just to make you fool and earn money. So People, please don’t be greedy and don’t ever trust such loosers.

Another way to make you fool is “Winning Lottery Notification emails”, Those too, are totally junk emails. They try to get your intention, once you trapped and they won your trust, they will ask you to send small amount to their account. Seeing the dreams of millions would make you blind and you will send that amount with a smiling face without knowing that once they got your money, they will ask you for more and more, and once you refused to send any more money, they will simply vanish – means “rafo chakar ho jaye gay :(

So dear viewers, don’t be fooled and don’t let others cheat you that easily. OK ??

Believe me,

This is nothing but a way to steal your money.

Afghanistan : A New Hope for Peace?

Taliban are likely to reject the pre-conditions setup by the Allied Nations united against War on Terror. Saudi Arabia has placed a condition on Taliban to endup all their connections with the Al-Aqaeda. KSA thinks it is useless to go ahead without the fulfillment of this condition. On the other side, ex-taliban elements which are being considered as moderate forces and facilitator of the dialogue process between the US and the Afghan fighters, have shown their auspiciousness over the inclusion of Pakistan in the dialogue process.

According to the latest intelligence reports revealed by the US intelligence, Taliban Chief Commander Mulla Omar and Osama Ben Laden have met in Helmand province in the last October. There had been uniformity of the views between both organizations and on a macro level they seem to be unified on a point to fight against the foreign forces deployed after 2001 on the soil of Afghanistan. However, the report further highlights the difference between both leaders over the attacks that are being carried out within Pakistan.

According to the media reports, an-ex FBI wanted arab fighter, Abu Jund is believed to be sent to Pakistan as part of efforts to communicate with the taliban commanders. High level diplomacy is going on from an arab country to negociate with taliban to end contacts with Al-Qaeda. But, it seems quite difficult that taliban will go on such a track. May be these efforts carried out by the Allied countries may get some low profile commanders to get isolated from the taliban umbrella, yet even if the high level taliban commander leaves the way of resistance; it dosent matter much for taliban. Since, using the general hatred of local afghans agansit foriegn forces is doing a lot for them to motivate the youth to become a part of resistance. And, any big name for example, Mulla Rocketi, who was a strong taliban commander from Zabul province in Afghanistan and now a member of parliament, was quickly replaced with a very low rank young man who got accepted rapidly.

With all these things, still there are lot of hopes associated to the incoming London conference on Afghanistan as only usage of massive force is not a solution for any problem. The role of Pakistan is very important in this all setup who may try to convince the Afghan taliban leadership to be considerate with the chance of peace they are being offered. US also seems to be trying its level best to use every way possible to control the things in Afghanistan. The coming few weeks are very important with regard to the situation in Afghanistan. The problems that are being faced by common Afghan people needs to be addressed by anyway possible quickly , otherwise it would be very hard to obtain desired results out of this conference.

India Ready for War with China,Pak

NEW DELHI: India is preparing for a possible `two-front war' with China and Pakistan, Geo News quoted an Indian newspaper saying Wednesday.

The newspaper said the Indian Army is now revising its five-year-old doctrine to effectively meet the challenges of war with China and Pakistan, deal with asymmetric and fourth-generation warfare, enhance strategic reach and joint operations with IAF and Navy.

Work on the new war doctrine -- to reflect the reconfiguration of threat perceptions and security challenges -- is already underway under the aegis of Shimla-based Army Training Command, headed by Lt-General A S Lamba, sources told the Indian newspaper.

It comes in the backdrop of the 1.13-million strong Army having practiced -- through several wargames over the last five years -- its `pro-active' war strategy to mobilise fast and strike hard to pulverize the enemy.

This `cold start strategy', under a NBC (nuclear-chemical-biological) overhang, emerged from the `harsh lessons' learnt during Operation Parakram, where it took Army's strike formations almost a month to mobilise at the `border launch pads' after the December 2001 terrorist attack on Parliament.

This gave ample opportunity to Pakistan to shore up its defences as well as adequate time to the international community, primarily the US, to intervene. The lack of clear directives from the then NDA government only made matters worse.

"A major leap in our approach to conduct of operations (since then) has been the successful firming-up of the cold start strategy (to be able to go to war promptly)," said Army chief General Deepak Kapoor, at a closed-door seminar on Tuesday.

The plan now is to launch self-contained and highly-mobile `battle groups', with Russian-origin T-90S tanks and upgraded T-72 M1 tanks at their core, adequately backed by air cover and artillery fire assaults, for rapid thrusts into enemy territory within 96 hours.

Gen Kapoor identified five thrust areas that will drive the new doctrine. One, even as the armed forces prepare for their primary task of conventional wars, they must also factor in the eventuality of `a two-front war' breaking out.

In tune with this, after acquiring a greater offensive punch along the entire western front with Pakistan by the creation of a new South-Western Army Command in 2005, India is now taking steps -- albeit belatedly -- to strategically counter the stark military asymmetry with China in the eastern sector. There is now "a proportionate focus towards the western and north-eastern fronts", said Gen Kapoor.

Two, the Army needs to `optimise' its capability to effectively counter `both military and non-military facets' of asymmetric and sub-conventional threats like WMD terrorism, cyber warfare, electronic warfare and information warfare.

Three, the armed forces have to substantially enhance their strategic reach and out-of-area capabilities to protect India's geo-political interests stretching from Persian Gulf to Malacca Strait.

"This would enable us to protect our island territories; as also give assistance to the littoral states in the Indian Ocean Region," said Gen Kapoor.

Four, interdependence and operational synergy among Army, Navy and IAF must become the essence of strategic planning and execution in future wars. "For this, joint operations, strategic and space-based capability, ballistic missile defence and amphibious, air-borne and air-land operations must be addressed comprehensively," he said.

And five, India must strive to achieve a technological edge over its adversaries. "Harnessing and exploitation of technology also includes integration of network centricity, decision-support systems, information warfare and electronic warfare into our operational plans," he added.

Apart from analysing the evolving military strategy and doctrines of China and Pakistan, the Army is also studying the lessons learnt from the US-launched Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2001 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and their relevance to India.

Israeli Suspect Under Trial

Mordechai Vanunu, who served 18 years in prison after he revealed Israel's secret nuclear programme, has been placed under house arrest pending criminal charges for allegedly breaching the terms of his 2004 release, which includes a ban on contacts with foreigners.

A police spokesman, Micky Rosenfeld, said Vanunu was accused of meeting with "a number of foreigners". The spokesman, however, did not specify who the foreigners were or where they came from.

Vanunu's lawyer, Avigdor Feldman, said his client had been arrested because his romantic attachment to an unnamed Norwegian woman had come to the attention of the authorities.

"Vanunu was arrested [for] a relationship between a man and a woman, with a Norwegian citizen," he told Reuters. "He is not being accused of giving any secrets. She is not interested in nuclear business – she's interested in Mordechai Vanunu [and he] is probably interested in her."

The woman has reportedly been interrogated by police but has not been charged with any offence.

Vanunu has fallen foul of the no-foreigners rule before. In 2007, he was sentenced to six months in jail for talking to non-Israelis.

Vanunu, a former technician at Israel's Dimona nuclear plant, was first jailed in 1986 after he passed on information about Israel's nuclear programme to the Sunday Times. The Israeli authorities argue that he may have kept back some information which could still be of use to a hostile foreign power.

His dilemma is compounded by the fact that most Israelis do not approve of his actions and want no contact with him. Vanunu says the feeling is mutual and he would prefer to live abroad, but is banned from doing so.

Israel's supreme court has upheld the restrictions on his freedom of association and movement despite criticism by international human rights groups.

Speaking in court today, Vanunu – who refuses to speak Hebrew publicly in protest at his treatment – said: "This Jewish state has 200 atomic ... hydrogen bombs, atomic weapons, neutron bomb. They are not able to say they have the bomb, they are not able to destroy anyone ... instead they arrest Vanunu."

After talking to the Sunday Times, Vanunu was tracked down in Rome where he was kidnapped by Israeli intelligence agents and brought back to Israel to stand trial.

Israel has never publicly acknowledged its nuclear weapons arsenal.
